Planning and Zoning certificates in Beirut and Lebanon are valid for three months.

The following documents are required:

• Map of the land to be used

• Partition certificate if the land is divided

• Ownership deed

• Municipality receipt certifying that required fee has been paid

• Application and documents sent to the Urban Planning Office

• Procedure time: three weeks.
